Patch Notes from 12/22/2020:

                        

Client:

  • added more fixes for frame routing
  • reintroduced macro fixes
  • fixed issue where input field is not editable sometimes
  • added event improvements that should cut down on client crashes
  • added some additional timer checks on exit
  • moved the logic for saving map divider location
  • added aliases (they can be referenced by macros)
  • added null check that sometimes impacted dot movement on maps

  • Updated Formula for Reverberate damage calculation.
  • Fixed issue with bonus stun damage being applied more than once.
  • Fixed issue with alarm runes reporting incorrect information.
  • Added COMBAT buffs to the in-game spell editor.

  • Fixed aero snapping in windows
  • Potentially fixed divider location persistence for map bar
  • More attempts to fix frame routing issues that orphan the client

  • Fixed auto-invoked spell output from not being displayed.
  • Enabled a feature that will be utilized in a future update. This will display (STATE) next to a players name displayed in the room IF they have any active states. This may have side effects of showing some odd states, please report anything out of the ordinary.
  • Maps were implemented into the client. Currently, every area DFC had mapped is available.
  • The map update required some areas to be rebuilt, which involves re-linking the new areas to their connecting areas.

  • Added a couple of new toys for Durin to tinker with.
  • Fixed issue with "integer division" in Sneak formula, expanded the roll to allow for smoother increments in sneak success (For example, can now have a 99.6% sneak rate, instead of it chopping to 99%)

  • Fixed issue with sneak always having a "difficulty" rating (meant for climb/jump)

  • Fixed tap doing nothing.
  • Hopefully fixed all instances of OOPS on movement.

  • Monsters now drop "a bag of silver", and players drop "a pile of silver".
  • Fixed issue with guild shops being robbed of all inventory at shutdown.
  • Tap formula tweaks.
  • Fixed: Bug where trying to read a scroll with a timer would still unhide you.
  • Overhauled the experience required per level.
  • Sneak formula tweaks, including much better scaling at lower skills, and a higher "soft cap".

  • Fixed issue with hiding in front of mobs that you have not attacked. For clarification:
    • Hiding in front of a mob that you have attacked gives big percept boost to monster (this was being applied to below case as well, now fixed)
    • Hiding in front of a mob that has attacked you, but you have not attacked gets a SMALL boost to percept (this has always been the case)
  • NOTE: The above mentioned "percept boosts" only refer to hiding calculations, and have NO effect on backstab/drain pass/fail.
