  • fixed issue with creating new chars on empty acct

    • fixed f7 not being bindable
    • added back several single-key key bindings
    • numpad keys can now be overridden (except for numpad-5); removing a binding on a numpad key will reset it to the default binding

  • ctrl+c/func+c and ctrl+x/func+x now work for input, action window, and chat window
    • cut does not actually remove text from action or chat window; it is just a copy+highlight removal

    • chats will continue to go to the chat window as well; opening it back up will have the entire history
    • if chat logging is on, chats will be logged to both the chat log and action log when chat window is off
    • if chat logging is off, chats will only be logged to the action log
    • chat logging can only be toggled on/off from the chat window

-Fixed issue with the ruleset linking rules from years ago. Now links to the discord channel for RULES.

-Changed fat cost formula for movement.

0~20% of your max encumbrance will cost 1 fat per movement. 21~40% of your max encumbrance will cost 2 fat per movement. 41~50% of your max encumbrance will cost 3 fat per movement. 51~60% of your max encumbrance will cost 6 fat per movement. 61~70% of your max encumbrance will cost 8 fat per movement. 71~80% of your max encumbrance will cost 12 fat per movement. 81~90% of your max encumbrance will cost 16 fat per movement. 91~100% of your max encumbrance will cost 24 fat per movement.

Shield/Sheen buffs:

  • Changed how they work behind the scenes, will be a bit weaker then currently until ingame staff update the settings.

Server:

  • made some changes to the socket writing logic to send messages to clients more efficiently
  • overhauled server prints to improve client format consistency (version 1.0.7+ of the client required)

  • Fix issue with group movement ignoring timers of the followers. You will now disband if the leader moves when you are on a timer.
  • New room type (ShrineRoom)

New skill: Fortifications

  • Used to craft new walls, and replaces "Fortifications" for existing wall components (frames and foundations).
  • Walls are items, and can be enchanted with Enchant.Armor spells. This will boost their defense, lowering the damage they receive.
  • Walls will persist server restarts.
  • Walls can be repaired/improved for experience points.
  • All skills had to be fitted to handle attacking items, if you notice bugs regarding the mechanics of it, please report.
  • Walls cannot be attacked with spells, backstab, drain, or parry attacks.
  • Building, damaging, repairing, or improving walls sets your PVP timer, and prevents poofing.
  • Can build walls facing portals, as long as you can pass through it (i.e. no walling enemy safe houses)

  • Fix issue with experience bugging out at level 73.
  • Fix issue with OPEN DOOR in a room with cardinal exits.
  • SEARCH GENPORTAL no longer gets a percept boost
  • Rez failure NO LONGER releases the corpse: now KO's caster, and the corpse loses 1 con point
  • Stalker pass timer set to 1.5s with Agility2, regardless of weapon
  • Meditation: no more blindness, player marked as meditating
  • Spells fatigue cost reduced to 50% of the level the spell is attained.
  • Rune's should now display to the caster IF they are in the room with the rune when it explodes.

Zombies:

  • Change stun immunity while stunned, to reduce chance to be stunned by 60% while stunned.

  • Zombies can now release when KOed, and will not lose experience if zeroed/KOed by a player.
  • Fix issue with Purge.Poison, Purge.Disease, and Flowstop exp scaling up/down with targets level.
